I have lived here for about 2 years now and Charlette Noble has been hands on everything since she has taken over this property, she has been nothing but kind and Professional with all that I ask of her, she is truly one amazing property Manager!! I also wanted to say how helpful Jordan Grant is, whenever I call to for anything he is also always very pleasant and professional, and let’s not forget about their Maintenance tech Cory Faircloth, he has been on it with any work orders we put in, he is also very kind and respectful when coming into our apartment home. This Is a great place to live, I will always recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a cute Townhome.

I have lived here for almost two years now and I enjoy it so much. The staff communicates really well. I love the availability of the pool and hot tub, not that I often use it. Overall such a great place to live. Best feature in my opinion is the fireplace for cozy winters.

I have lived here a few years now, when I first moved in the office staff was awful. They were very rude and dismissive. Since then there is new office staff and both Lyndsey and Cheyanne are wonderful. They are so helpful and if you take them a concern it is addressed immediately. Maintenance is done fast and correct the first time. I have and will continue to recommend living here to others.

My experience moving into Creekside Village has been beyond satisfactory. The office staff was awesome and got me and my family approved as soon as they could. The space of this townhome for my family of 4 and two pets is amazing. We were in a small 3 bed apartment before, this townhome with garage is so cool. The home had a couple of things that needed to be tended too after move in, but maintenance staff Elijah and Reed got to these items as soon as they could. Thank you Creekside Village Staff for the good experience in moving!!

Living here was a dream that became a reality for us. My family wakes up every single day grateful we got the opportunity to be here. Cheyenne and Lindsey in the office are awesome and super friendly. Maintenance is also very nice. Super quiet place. Can hang out outside on your deck at night in silence and listen to crickets and frogs.

Me and my family stayed there for almost 2 1/2 years. All the staff are amazing. My maintenance request got fixed quick. The property is very clean and neat. They have wonderful events for their residence such as this Halloween and Christmas decorations.

I had a great experience moving here and so far the apartment has been quite nice, very spacious and modern. Having a covered parking space is nice as well. The ladies in the office have been most helpful through the whole process.

Hot tub has been out of comission for 2 years. Valet garbage service is a charge even if you dont use it. But the complex is pretty nice and the town homes are spacious. Rent is a little much but i suppose thats a problem everywhere. Management isn't too bad. The company that owns it has their head up their arse.

I just signed my 3rd 12 month lease. The new manager Valera has been a welcome addition and helped me get my payments back on track when I fell behind. Another welcome addition is the new maintenance manager James. He even jumped my car on his own time so I could get to work. James and Bill stay on top of work orders so I never have to wait for repairs! I MAY NEVER LEAVE!

Tanner is a great supervisor / neighbor. He responds same or next day to requests on service issues, and our apartment is very quiet from all neighbors (not feral cats though!) during respectful hours. The carports were just recently cleaned of debris and we are getting new mailboxes soon. Trash pickup is hit or miss.. they sometimes don't make it to us but it's not a hassle to bring it down on the way to my car. My only complaint would be the smell of weed/smoke, very tiny parking spots and the steps being slippery/moldy and maybe needing a power wash. Overall I think it's a great community and very nice place to live. :)

Going on my second year. Zero issues and the office staff is great! The manager is straight forward but also personable. My son loves to hammock by the creek and my husband started using the gym everyday! Wouldn't move for anything. There's a reason the units stay full. Love my home.

Love it here such a great comunity to reside in. Great place for a family to live. No nonsense and far from ghetto. Its beautiful and peaceful as well as homely. Neighbors mind their own business. Best place i have rented from. Thus far. Live the work Kim provides as well as timely matinence from Tanner and Bailey. Im still residing here and have no negative feedback on this apartment community.

We loved our stay at Creekside Village. The homes were very well kept, wonderful staff, and beautiful scenery all around our home. We are sad we couldn’t have stayed longer in our spacious home but things happen and we move on. We’re truly sad to say goodbye to Kim, especially. She was one of the greatest Managers I’ve had the pleasure of working with and knowing as a person. If you want service, she’s your girl!

We just moved in 2 months ago, and so far the stay here has been nice. Minor problems with things breaking but Bailey has been amazing with getting back to you about any problems. The main reason I’m giving 4 stars is because Bailey is so helpful and sweet whenever a problem occurs. She’s serious about helping the residents at Creekside and wants everyone to love their homes. Love the room sizes and the kitchen is spacious.

Very helpful and friendly. We basically had no choice but to moveout out of our previous apts and we came here hoping to qualify for a place so we wouldn't be homeless on Halloween night. We were welcomed with friendly smiles and they made everything go very smoothly. It is pretty spendy as of rent but if u look inside it is very beautiful and very worth it. Anybody looking for a beautiful place should look here.

Okay the parking is difficult, but my view from the back of the apartment is amazing!! Beautiful green space, people strolling by with their dogs or riding bikes. The women who work in the office are sweet, sympathetic and on the ball! Whether my problem was big or small it was addressed anywhere from immediately to promptly. They are always busy but patiently waited on me like I was their only concern. I could not be more pleased with the care and treatment I have received at Creekside Village Apartments. Thank you Carrie! I will greatly miss this beautiful spot! If you get a shot at apartment N62 grab it!

We lived here for 1.5 years. Parking is tight, but the units are recently renovated and very spacious. Also, the walls are quite thin, and at times noise is an issue, but the management is often quick to respond and help alleviate the issue. The women in the front office won't take any BS- requests that are honest and kind are responded to in an equal fashion, which is appreciated.

I have lived and Creekside for five years, and although the rent does increase, I have found the environment and quality of life in a townhome to be very pleasant. I noted that some of the reviews are a year old. Having rented in several states, I will say that the recent purchase by ConAm has been very positive. They immediately upgraded much of the general maintenance. I have also found the office staff to be helpful. Parking is indeed a problem, partially exacerbated by the fact that quite a few of the folks with garages ... don't use them for their cars! The location is central, and the great trees, ivy and landscape is very satisfactory. I plan to be a long-term renter! Note that Creekside management has taken hold of the parking problem by outlining appropriate regulations, which has never been done before. By focusing on resident parking usage, the neighborhood will now be more pleasant, and safer because of removal of on-street parking which easily impedes emergency vehicles. Though in the short-term, I am certain that people will be aggravated that perhaps they need to use their garage for their car, in the long-term this is an important strategy to highlight the peaceful, tree-filled complex.
